There are lots of devices and gimicks to do this, and some of them may even "look" more attractive than others. But since all of this is behind and under the work surfaces, the looks don't matter.
Nylon tie wraps, which you can find at hardware, home improvement and electronics supply stores work very well. They allow you to bundle the lines that go together, and split off the ones that have to run elswhere.
They are very inexpensive and pretty much disposable, so you can reconfigure your cables as often as you need. You don't even have to by the tool that tightens and clips off the end of the tie. Just leave the tail, since it does not show.

Ikea has these great tube like devices.... almost like a very thin dryer hose....you put all the cords through there...very neat. Other suggestion is to get those construction plastic pull strips( can think of what there called...) and then pull the wires/leads together at intervals really tidy's up the place. Good luck..
