Last night, I had a nightmare that me & my boyfriend were supposed to get married, & in order to get married, I had to cross a big sea & almost drown in order to find him & marry him.

The marriage is on your mind a lot, which is understandable. Your dreams are reflecting that, but they DON'T MEAN ANYTHING!!!! Don't attribute any meaning to your dreams... that will only cause trouble.

Really? O.K., from the info you gave, a person can only interpret so much, but I'll take a stab at it. Cross a big sea...maybe you feel emotional distance, or lack of communication? Almost drown...like this relationship is harmful to you in some way, or you don't talk "future plans" with this guy because that might scare him away? Find him...when did you lose him? Or maybe it's the other way around, or maybe you're just working through some things about the relationship that bug you, or your fears about the future...? Stay out of the water!?

In the dream, if you went through with marrying him after facing the adversity of the search and the near-death drowning, it's telling you he's worth it. If you didn't go through with it in the dream, or if the task of finding him (and the apparent risk) seemed too much for you, it's saying you're not feeling ready to do this yet.

I interpret dreams by what the symbols mean to you because if you think about it, it's your dream so you should know what has symbolic meaning to you. So the ocean, sounds like a scary, frightening symbol to you and an insurmountable task. I also pay attention to the words you use like "in order to find him" why did you have to find him? Do you feel like he's distant? I believe you can interpret your own dreams very well using these methods.

I don't think its about your boyfriend or marriage at all. It's only symbolic of future events. What do you deside in the worst situation? Your doubt brought forth this dream only to assure you that you will pick the proper course. You will understand this as it happens and also remember today.

It sounds like the dream is trying to tell you that you have a lot of personal issues and relationship issues you need to work on.
Not anything major, I am sure. Just dealing with your hurts, and feelings, and personal growth.

Glad to see you back, I was worried about you.

Not sure what it means other then that you have a lot of insecurities about yourself, and you do not feel like you deserve to be happy deep down.

Work on loving yourself before you can expect anyone else to love you and get married.

And we were actually worried about you and wondering if you were ok.
Especially after your post a few weeks ago about suicide.

It means that you'll have to go through a lot of difficult obstacles, which you will eventually pass and get married.
Be optimistic thats it.

It means that for now marriage is subconciuosly a scary prospect to you. You do feel that it is possible but it still scares the hell out of you. How do you really feel about swimming in open water?
