Most likely you are suffering from stress. When your body is at the point that it cannot take much more it starts to send you signals, like eye twitching. Reduce your stress and practice breathing techniques. This should help you find some relief. Good luck. This can be very frustrating when your body does things without "permission."

My left eye has been twitching for a month now! Not constantly, but daily. I've heard that it's stress. It can get so annoying. Good luck with your twitch. I hope it doesn't last as long as mine has!

Low blood sugar perhaps? If you don't know about that, check out the basic information at www.hufa.org. I know when my sugars are low, my left eyelid can start twitching - but then the right can do so too, at times.
