it should also be noted that this website is intended for picture sharing and several users are abusing that use by posting television shows.

There are certain websites that allow them to show certain TV episodes. But if you still think there is somthing fishy about it contact (I do believe) your local police and they SHOULD be able to help you find where you need to go about this. Hope that helps

If you don't own the copyright, it is really between the owner and the website. You could tell the owner of the copyright about it. It is only illegal if that owner has a problem with it.
