What worked for me was taking the vitamin before going to bed at night, simply with a glass of water. By the time the symptoms hit me I was asleep.

Well to tell you the truth I took my vitamins right before I went to bed that way if I was to get sick I would be asleep and it usually wasnt enough to wake me up and run to the bathroom. So try to take them at night right before you go the bed. And I usually took them with apple juice!! Good Luck!

Crackers and water is what helped me. Try taking them right before you go to bed, I had to do that or they just came up. Some women can't take them at all without getting sick. Good Luck with your pregnancy, baby's are a miracle.

it's individual. For some it helps to take them with food. For others to wait for 3 hours after meal with plenty of water. If you really get sick from your vitamins, ask your doctor to change them for you. It helped my friend, just different kind.

I don't think that there is really anything that u can take with them to not get sick, I use to get sick with mine, when i took them in the morning. I now take them in the evening before bed. That way if i do feel sick, then i will be home when it happens.

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy now. With the 1st and this one, I took childrens chewable vitamins. Doctor suggested this for me. With the 2nd, he prescirbed a chewable pre-nantal vitamin, but I still got ill from that. Ask doc about the chewable kids & just taking extra folic acid.

toast. eat crackers before you even sit up in bed, and then go have some toast and take a vitamin with a glass of water or juice.
