the other player force forfeited me when it was not my fault. by the time i got back to the table, my turn was over and i lost over 20 points. im not happy about this. thank you

Unfortunately, it happens. I've been through it too (when I had dialup). It totally sucks.
If you play w/ decent folks, most will wait for 5-10 min for you to get back, but some won't wait 2. Sometimes, you'll just have to learn who's who out there.
