Yes........I would say they should win at least 5-6 if not more.......They should have won the game yesterday but they shot theirselves in the foot with penalties. Alex Smith was very impressive yesterday. They have alot of young talent now. They didn'[t have any receivers last year....And Antonio Bryant looked great yesterday...Plus Vernon Davis is going to be really good. Plus they have FranK Gore who is flat out awesome. I think year by year they will get better and better until they finally go back up to their infamous dynasty.

Yes,

I'd say 3 after looking at the schedule. Pretty tough for a near rookie Alex Smith.

3-16

You must mean the Long Beach State 49ers, because the SanFran 49ers held their own yesterday against a decent opponent. I was impressed by their run defense, and Alex Smith looks loads better than he did last year.
I'll go on a limb and say 5 games...

Yes they do, I saw some of the game yesterday and they looked alright. I think they will get better as the year progresses barring injuries. I think their record will be a little better than last year somewhere around 6-10 or 7-9.

being a 49er fan, would like to see them go all the way,
but being realistic, i say at least 7 or 8 games. Yes they
play green bay on Dec. 10. I agree smith looked a lot better.

They actually looked better than I thought they would yesterday, and they don't have the toughtest schedule in the leageue. I think they will win 5 or 6, hopefully even more.

Yes, in my opinion they will still not be a good team by any stretch of the imagination, but they won't be as pathetically horrible as last year.

Just checked schedule, should win a few but wouldn't hold your breath for a playoff place.
