I was thinking puss but it's pretty solid, where as puss is all runny

It's primarily dead skin cells combined with white blood cells. It might contain some sebum which is a waxy material used to keep your skin supple or some oil. If the pimple was caused by an ingrown hair it might contain the hair. If it was caused by bacteria then it contains bacteria - alive and dead.

It's still puss. Dirt and oil mixed. It is a tiny infection.

Technically, it's called exudate. Common term is pus (NOT puss).
