Ok, you Americans are always talking about how the mishandling of International affairs is due to President Bushs and his advisors actions, but you all keep voting him back in. You all keep talking about conspiracy theories involved with the events of 9/11, but you still keep voting him back in. You seem to have low approval ratings for President Bush, the next election comes, and what do you know? Guess who's voted back in again, in spite of these ratings. You all make fun of your own president and how intellectually incapable he is of maintaining a speech with formal use of words, but, yup, you guessed it, you still keep voting him in. Is there something in the air in the USA that makes you all zombies or sheep? Now my question is, Why?

Many of us are asking the same questions as you are. The answer is that 1) we don't have that much control over the elections, 2) whoever said the Bush approval split is 50/50 is optimistic on his behalf- I believe it is more like only 31% of the American people who are still for him- why are they for him? I don't know. Some people just simply do not think for themselves. Some would rather believe lies than see a reality they would have to do something to change. Some of us never believed Bush would be a good president, and others needed more proof. Now they know.
It really is very complicated, but I love my country-just not its politics. I think Americans need to wake up and unify, but don't make the mistake of thinking we are all zombies and sheep. Where are you from? I bet you have your share of zombies and sheep too- just not as visible. The American spirit is as strong as ever in our people. I just pray that the evil spirit of power and greed in our leaders will not overwhelm us before we have a chance to make a positive change.

Bush was reelected because the Democrats put Kerry against him. Kerry was weak opposition against a president that was still somewhat popular. He had no personality and his running partner seemed fake. His views were confusing and although well thought out and intelligent he talked above people not to them. I think Bush won because he was an idiot. He is transparent as to what he is thinking. He seems like one of the good ol boys that ya see down at the bar. Its not the type ya want for a president but it beats the opposition.

It was only my second opportunity to vote and I chose not to vote for anyone because even the other candidates weren't worth it.

So in conclusion, when a bad president is running against bad opposition, the incumbent will always win.

Americans voted, Bush won. It wasnt a world wide election. Other countries get no say over who we pick.
Yes his approval rating is down now. People want a change and will vote accordingly next time.
For those who make silly comments about him or make fun of him are usually people who didnt even vote. A mature person would debate the issues they disagree with, not resort to picking on physical attributes or speech.

He was only voted back in once and this was before he proved what a horrible foreign policy (and domestic policy for that matter) president that he was. Also, the opposition party was unable to come up with a decent candidate to oppose him.

Even if it was legal, which it is not, he would not be re-elected.

Your ignorance of American politics is understandable, yet naive.

How often do you think we have presidential elections? We don't keep voting him back in. You make it sound like we elect him every year. He's only been elected twice and he is done after this term.

He was voted BACK in once. In 2004, when some people still believed the b.s. we were being fed by the Administration. If it hadn't been for his courting of the Religious Wrong he'd have been out on his can. I don't know where you get this idea we KEEP voting him in. He can only serve two terms thank God.

Believe me, not all Americans are voting for Bush. I am a Bush hater. He is not all there in his thinking. He done a lot of harm. America used to be loved by the world. Now America is being hated by the world. I wonder why you're saying "You American's?" Aren't you an American ? I am and proud to be an American. I do not accept what our government is doing. Cause it has disrupted the political areana terribly. Not too mention the trillion deficit in our national budget. Not to mention poverty in our own country, cause Social services get's cut shorter and shorter and no funds are avaiable for those in need. I believe every one that is voting for Jeb Bush, (his brother in Florida) is going to have a brain faught! All honesty the whole Bush area is a pain in the butt! The old Bush wasn't any better than this one is. Besides this point, are you a zombie or a sheep? Which religoes, political climate do you come from? And who are you to judge our country? If you truly an American which I doubt, You would bite your tounge to ask such a stupid question.

As for what I wrote that is only and only the opinion of the beholder (myself).

This is going to come as a shock to you but half of us DIDN'T vote him back into office. If you want to blame a group for blindly voting for him you need not look further then the Christians.

Bush's approval rating has fallen during his last term. Our presidents have four year terms-with a maximum of two. You make it sound as if elections were held monthly.
