I know it's childish but sometimes I just can't stand her period. She refuses my husband to call our children and tells him that make the visitation short when the kids are over for the weekend. I don't know what to do with this women. I really don't understand that why my husband can't see the bad side of her.

Your ex husband is week and stupid when it comes to this woman, he thinks he is in love with her and therefore will do what she says and try to please her so that he doesn't lose her. Even though it means less time with his children. If you get in a physical fight with her you will go to jail under assult charges and that could put you and your children in a place that you don't want to go to. I suggest that you don't bother with that women..... let your ex-husband make his choices as he will about your children and the time he spends with them. It is his job to have a relationship with his kids, its not your job to make sure he does. Just be there for your children and answer their questions as you can, and keep away from the girlfriend........ that woman is only using your ex anyway, so just sit back and watch the show..... she will kick him to the curb and out of her life soon enough.... you will see, and he will be coming around wanting that time he lost with the children, and the children can decide if they want to spend extra time with him or not. blessed be , and stay out of trouble and steer clear of that woman for your children.

You might not lose them but it may complicate things. And fight her for what? She doesn't owe you or your kids anything. What does she care if YOUR kids spend time with THEIR father? They aren't her kids. But he is HER boyfriend. Why don't you knock some sense in his head if you just have to get physical with someone? By the way that has never made anyone do what you want. If "girlfriend" feels like that towards your kids, I wouldn't want them over there much anyway. She may be mistreating them and you can't depend on him to speak up since she's calling the shots. When you stop pushing the issue, he'll come around. Then if he doesn't, what have you or the kids really lost since he wasn't doing anything anyway? If he wants to see them, let him call. You stop begging. That's what she wants you to do.

your husband should always put your kids first. My ex has lost almost all commuication with our son since he got re married. If he doesn't want a relationship with your kids more often don't force it,belive me it's better if he and his new girl friend just stay away.with everyone fighting the kids don't need to be around that.

You would probably only lose your children with your husband's girlfriend if guns and knives were involved.

Maybe you or your kids need to talk to him with out the girlfriend to see where he stands with them. Love is blind and jades views of things, maybe his view and actions are skewed by her.

You know you have parental rights over your children. Any action brought on by her don't mean a damn.

Aloha and g'luck.
