You would know if you are pregnant if you would go to a store and buy a pregnancy test, or go to the doctor and have a pregnancy test done.

I did know the second week after I got pregnant, because my breast were incredibly sore to the touch. I got a pregnancy blood test from the doctor and it was positive. My OB was shocked at how soon I knew.

try one of those early detect tests. The TV says that it can tell 5 days earlier then others.

Your hormone levels aren't high enough to detect at this point. You won't feel any different, there is no way of telling.
