There are 2 parents but there are sometimes step parents involved in a childs life. That is sometimes a difficult job but if the child is living with a step parent and then having to go visit where there is another step parent the child shoud feel protected and loved by all involved.

At Least 1 parent or guardian is all a child needs. The most important thing is that the child feels loved.

Normally, we get a couple, a mother and a father. But sometimes, for some unfortunate events, the child grows up with just single parent or nobody at all.

My mother raised her eight children all by herself and turned out to be I must say, we are great children. I got three brothers and four sisters that are older than me. All of us are professionals but unfortunately, my mother passed away right after my graduation and was not able to see her grand children fed with the same words she shared with us. So far, we are blessed that our next generation has followed and still following the values that mother strongly implemented to us.

If you raises your children with God and books, you can never go wrong. Love, respect and trust follows................ so, one or two doesn't matter, it depends on how you prefer to mold your child in the future.

Best to have 2 responsible parents one of each. Or the more responsible of the 2 as a single.
