I have to write a letter to a level of buracracy , where I solicit them to pass a norm to allow me to "BLANK" my "BLANK"

Any ideas on how to wright a letter like that ?

If the blanks confuse you and you need more info to tell me how to wright a letter like that , your too dependent on people giving you the whole deal , and not independet enouh to figure it out by yourself
(Everyting comes with a comprimise , just stating this so i dot have to hear " OH how bout some more info , on what the letter is about _?")

I would like to help you but my mensa level brain does not compute what in the blank you are asking. I do not understand what a 'norm' is. I also have a headache from all the mispelling. Oh blank it.

Today is not a good day for writing a letter; therefore, I am sending this note to inform you that you will receive a letter soon.

The only thing I can recommend in your particular case is spell check.

Here you go:

"Dear bureaucratic jerks,
Do not let me do what I want to do - if you process request along quickly it will ruin my life.
With sincere hatred,
me"
