Not this American. I'd imagine that the majority of Brits are just average joes, like the majority of Americans, or the majority of Italians, or the majority of..... need I say more?
The only country that I'd assume has a majority of "posh" people would be Monaco... and that's because you're required to be posh before you even take up residence there.
