You have to work for change, the change won't come on it's own. No diet plan will work unless you a) really want to change yourself, and b) commit to doing the work. Make no mistake about it, losing weight is a long, slow, and psychically painful process...if it's easy to lose, it won't stay lost. You have to change your way of thinking about food, what you eat, how much you eat, and that takes a ton of readjusting. Trust me, I've been losing weight for a year now (81 lbs so far) and it's often very hard!

Which isn't to say it can't be done. You just have to be ready to adjust your life to be healthy. I'd suggest getting a general information book on weight loss (the Idiots Guide to weight loss is the one I got and I found it useful, although there are hundreds of books on the subject and many will be useful.) and educate yourself about your body, nutrition, and exercise first. When you're ready to lose, I'd then take the next step and find a support network. There are some official ones you'll pay for, like Weight Watchers (I am a member myself) or it might be a social one, like a friend of family member who will commit to helping you change. If you could lose the weight on your own, you would have already done so, so I'd suggest taking these steps to find real success...that is, getting educated, and getting involved with others who will support you.

Good luck!

Everybody keeps repeating to exercise and eat less.

I agree 100% with the exercising. Eating less doesn't necessarily mean to starve yourself or eat one meal a day. It's still important to eat at least 3 meals a day. The key is to eat healthier. Vegetables are always the first to come to mind. Carrots with ranch is pretty okay tasting. If you don't care for veggies opt for fruit, it has the sweeter taste to it. Apples and caramel taste great together and brings the essence of fall in also It's important not to deprive yourself of something you crave. It will only make the craving worse. If you're a choc-o-holic like many girls then allow yourself one or two hershey kiss' everyday.

I will say this, sometimes no matter of the diet and exercise breasts won't get any smaller. It's just a fact of life and how your genes are.

Best of luck to you, doll.

u should join a weight loss group like jenny craig or weight watchers. it is much easier to lose weight when u have others who are after the same goal. as for ur breasts, they will become a little smaller in size with weight loss but reduction surgery may be nessecery to reduce their size. be glad for what u have though! i wish i had more!

Dont tell yourself you are on a diet. Instead, slowly reduce your carb intake. Instead of eating a whole sandwhich, only eat the a little bread and eat more meat instead. The same with rice and pasta. Try to eat more vegetables and meat instead. You will see your weight drop. It works for me! I will I could grow some boobs!!!

The secret is exercise - the more you're out walking the less you're home eating. Want to lose a lot of weight? Unplug your TV.

Sheesh, most gals are trying to get BIGGER breasts. (I guess we are just never happy!)

Exercise AND diet are needed for most women to lose weight. BUT you need to find a program that you can live with. Yo-yo dieting can create health problems and can make it more and more difficult to lose weight.

Best of luck!

Exercise more and eat less. The next time you get hungry, drink a tall glass of water. After drinking the water, insert your fist into your mouth to prevent food from entering. Next question.............
