I feel the same way about my husband. So we have decided to start from the beginning. We are concentrating on just being friends for right now. If you need a release go masturbate, or break up with your lover, and find a new one. Or if your lover is into it invite someone to help spice things up for the two of you.

If that is how you feel then you need to let her know that she dose not do it for you any more and maybe there is something that the two of you could do together to spice up you sex life...... And if you just feel it is over then you need to let her go and find the person that will give you all the things you want and need.....

Everyone need to have passion ,excitement , and spontaneity but some just don't know how to give it ...

Then, you should let her know that she is not doing it for you anymore, and try to spruce it up somehow. Communication is the key. If she doesn't know she is not making you happy, how can she fix it? If after you talk to her, she still doesn't perform the way you wish, then end it... life is tooooo short than to spend it with someone who doesn't "do it" for us! Good luck to you!

Get some toys or something to spice it up. Be spontaneous on her, get the ball rolling.

Get yourself a pale skinny white guy. This will certainly add excitement to your life (maybe not sexually, but it will create a shitstorm)

I think it is time to let her go. If you stay with her, you will resent it more and more...until you start fighting with her all the time. It could get ugly. Better now, than later.

Why should you have any more happiness than everyone else? The thrill is gone

you need to communicate your needs to HER. If THEN she is either unable or unwilling too do what you feel you need, then you'll have to move on.
