the moto gp bike is not a CBR, it's an RC211V
You still haven't narrowed it down much.... you said latest CBR...assuming you mean 2006, do you mean CBR600F4i? CBR600RR? CBR1000RR? you don't even know enough to ask a proper question...apparently CBR's are too cool for you to ever understand completely, haha j/k man, check out

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. Honda made a lot of CBR's.
CBR600 F1, F2, F3, F4, F4I,
CBR900, CBR929, CBR954
