Some men don't masterbate, but the vast majority, well over 90%, do. It is a natural act, many animals also do some masterabation though humans are much more sexually oriented than other animals. Nothing wrong with not doing it, but it is also nothing wrong with doing it whenever you feel like it, privately of course. For one thing, it helps you better understand your body functions and how your sexual apparatus work. If you wait until marriage to find out how your gonads and penis work, you will have a very awkward time.
You talk about controlling yourself--just think about it. Why should you stop what you want to do or feel like you should do? Is someone else telling you it is wrong? No one should tell you what you can do with your own body. It is yours to love and enjoy.

yes its another form of a stress release and no its not a problem if men can control themselves but just like a machine it has to be change oiled

There's nothing wrong with doing it. The biggest side effect of not doing it is becoming horny and uptight. Not worth it. Go ahead and do it.

Its only necessary if your horny. I know of NO man who can resist. If they control themselves....they get grumpy or they go lady hunting.

if you want your prostate to fill up with rotten goo then let it stay in there. Doctors say if you want a healthy prostate you need to clean it out on a regular basis. like every other day.
