I'm a wrestling fan, but let's make no bones about it - the WWE, and every other branch of professional wrestling, isn't a real sport. They have recently started a degree of drug testing again following the death of Eddie Guerrero last year (who had been clean for several years but a lot of mis-use years ago caught up with him) though I don't know how strictly it's enforced on everyone. That said, there must be some degree of drug enforcement if they even have the tests.
Fisherman, I can't possibly see the advantage in taking drugs. A quick check and I can't find anything relating to sports fishing and drugs tests. I suppose nerve control drugs might help, and drugs that give you the extra strength to win the battle with the big fish might also aid a fisherman, but the advantage may well be negligible.
NASCAR, and indeed all major branches of motor racing (Formula 1, Indy cars etc) have pretty strict drugs policies. There are major advantages in taking drugs to be had, mostly with improving reaction times and giving extra boosts in stamina, the latter giving a lot more of an advantage than you might realise. Obviously the drugs that would benefit a racing driver and a baseball player (and indeed other sports) are quite different but the tests are there all the same. That said, I've NEVER heard of a race driver failing a drugs test - perhaps someone else has.

As a private corporation, no WWE wrestlers are not tested. Besides, wrestling is entertainment and does not fall into the same category as sports. The WWE may personally test them for their own sake but no organization forces them to. How can you put fishermen and NASCAR into the same category as MLB and NFL players. The two aren't even sports!! They are competitions played by talented people, but they are not SPORTS. Even if they were, MLB and the NFL each have their OWN regulations and testing policies. You cannot categorize them with two other "sports" (for your sake) that have no such policies in place. Never heard of the testing policy for bassfishing, have you??? Besides, what advantage would a fisherman have from taking steroids? NONE!!! Thats why they dont fall into the same category because they dont affect the field of play at all!!!

Because physical fitness doesn't make a fisherman or nascar driver better. You're dealing with skill sports, as opposed to athletic sports.
Professional fisherman are not generally in the greatest of shape, and Nascar drivers could potentially be out of shape as well if they maintained the stamina and focus for an entire race.

fisherman and NASCAR aren't physical sports. they don't necessarily make money on being faster or stronger or jumping higher. besides, if they did, they'd be quite obvious.
WWE is entertainment, not sports. they don't make money off of winning or losing, just on performing.

I know absolutely nothing about sports fishing, but do know they do drug testing in NASCAR...specifically for which drugs, I don't know, but they do test.

because your success in nascar and fishing does not directly relate to your fitness level.
