no period
dizzy, feeling faint, queasy, throwing up, loss of appeite, or gain, peeing a lot- I mean there are all kinds of symptoms, usually starting at four weeks. Just take a test cuz the signs of getting period and preganancy are sometimes the same. Vaginal discharge, sore breasts...

Everyone is different. For me the first signs were my nipples became darker and bigger in appearence. Then I became sick to my stomach, tired, really moody, and frequently running to the bathroom. Although so woman will not experience any symptoms until they are 7 or 8 weeks pregnant. I got my symptoms around 4 1/2 weeks of pregnancy. That was with a boy. So I dont know. The usual sign of pregnancy though is a missed period! Good Luck

The earliest signs of pregnancy can begin a week after conception. They include: extreme tiredness, dizziness, nausea, frequent urination, sore breasts, and of course a missed period.

Sickness and nausea 2 - 8 weeks after , sore breasts 1-2 weeks after, fatigue, headaches.

- increased urination (6+ weeks)

No period, dizziness, frequent urination, and nausea
I didn't get these symptoms until I was 1 month pregnant

Mine were--breast soreness/tenderness within the first month--before my missed period. Also--somewhat moody and tired.

tender breasts...kinda like they get around your period. a bit more sensitive though. if you're period is regular, and it's late by a few days...do a pregancy test to be sure what's going on.

late period of course morning sickness feeling tired all the time and adominal pain and some pepoles nipples change colors

depends on the person, but there can be a little bit of spotting, tender breasts, sleepiness, feeling hot all of the time, mood cahnges, maybe a little bit of cramping
