I'm a student from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, majoring Computer Engineering. I want to apply for masters degree in management science and engineering (MS&E)or computer science (CS) from Stanford. Here are my questions:
1. Do I stand a chance for getting admission considering the fact that my undergrad GPA is 3.3?
2. Is GRE important?
3. Is there any thing I can do to strengthen my application?
4. What is my change in other universities like UC Berkeley, Cornell, U of Washington Seattle, and U of Wisconsin Madison?

Thanks!
