Great quesadillas!
Quesadillas consist, if made well, should be made with corn tortillas. These are double folded with cheese in. Place it on pan till the cheese melt. You can fill it in with everything from tomatoe, onion, mashed mexican beans, mushroom sis my favorite. Sauted mushrooms with garlic, onion, some chili....mmmmmm

I ate BBQ meatballs from Wal Mart's deli (they tasted sooo good) with potatoe salad and hawaiian sweet rolls! Same thing for lunch a few minutes ago :(

maccaroni and cheese (Scooby Doo shaped)
Chicken (reheated)
Tonight I am cooking and we are having home made spaghetti sauce with meat and spaghetti and some veggies.

I made my favorite chicken pot pie, I make the crust from scratch and the rest is really easy to do. It is the best.
