I had a bathroom added 8 months ago. From the start everytime you turn the faucets on in the bathroom, the water comes out white and bubbly for the first 2-3 sconds on both sinks. Do I have a problem? Please advise.

I have seen this happen when PVC pipe is used as supply. Air gets in the line somewhere. This type of pipe is susceptible to that. It sounds like there is not a problem. Pour some of the water into a clear glass and watch it. It will probably clear in seconds after the air bubbles out.

I don't think so, it sounds like air has gotten inside the pipes and that is why it is coming out bubbly for a few seconds.

the bubbling is from the screen in the head of the faucet. You can unscrew the faucet head and check the screen, It may be partially clogged with something.
