Just ignore it - believe me I've turned in lawbreakers and they never see any repurcussions but they slways seem to find out it was me and cause me grief.

I'd make sure I knew a whole lot more about their situation before I caused them any trouble. Maybe they inherited the house and struggle to pay the electric bill. Where are they getting the money for all these nice things? After you have facts and not just jealousy and speculation then you decide whether you want to turn them in or not and do it.

I have a friend that gets away with murder too and always has cash coming in. Drives me insane sometimes and other times I want to secretly turn him in for sucking us all dry. But then I realize that I better mind my own business and be grateful for what I have. They will get whats coming to them. I dont have to do it.

I would make them feel bad for being bastards explain to them how you pay for your child's health care and how they are so well off they should pay too. If they don't change tell on them.
