Candling won't work, plus it's proven by medical science to be counter-productive.
Just go to any pharmacy and find an ear-cleaning kit that comes with wax-dissoliving liquid. If all else fails, leave it up to the pros and DO NOT STICK ANYTHING IN THERE, even if it's a q-tip.

Go to your doctor first before you buy anything to put into your ear. It may not be wax that needs to be removed. Sometimes the wax builds up because of a inter ear problem not a ear ache.

Take one of the wax candles and stick it on a glass and you will see it looks the same as if you stuck it in your ear. They are garbage. I would say flush it out repeatedly with warm water and use lots of soap. Once I do this I do a final q tip clean up kind of spinning it between my fingers. I know they say not to use qtips in your ears (what the hell else are they for then???) but using them after a hot shower seems to get the last of it. Too much information ???

Using a vacuum that is capable of holding a whole bowling ball. You then stick it to the ear and push the on button. Any wax build up will now be blood and some other things that would have been happy to just be inside your skull. No really man all you do is use your fingers during class and flick them onto other class mates.

there is an ear wax softener on the market, over the counter that you can get just about anywhere. use it after the shower whilr the moisture content is still high in your body, then flush the ear canal with something like peroxide

There's a solution you can buy at the drugstore that will liquify the wax and allow it to drain out.
Don't try to scrape it out with "Q-tip" swabs!

the easiest way to do it is while your in the shower let warm water flush out your ear canal from one of the streams, also the safest way unless its impacted, ow and stop using q-tips, it says clearly on the box not to inser them into your ear canal, q-tip='s impaction
