No...their semen or blood has to come into direct comtact with your blood. Saliva cannot pass HIV. Here, read this.
Common myth: "HIV can be spread through casual contact."
Truth: HIV cannot be spread through tears, sweat, and saliva. Casual contact is not risky because it does not include contact with infectious body fluids. Examples of casual contact include: social kissing, use of public facilities (pools, theaters, bathrooms), sharing drinks or eating utensils, etc. Insect bites do not transmit HIV.
You are good to go, if it was you who you were worried about.

No you can not. You can get it through unprotected sex, CONTAMINATED BLOOD CONTACT, and sharing needles.
Please read below (taken from link) and check out the link provided:
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is the virus that causes AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).
You can get HIV by:
Coming in contact with HIV-infected blood (for example sharing needles for drugs)
Through sexual contact with people who are already infected with HIV. During sex, HIV can enter the body through the vagina, vulva, penis, rectum, or mouth.
HIV-positive mothers can also pass the virus to their children during pregnancy, delivery, or through breast milk.

Generally no. Salavia doesn't contain enough of the virus to infect you by taking a simple drink.

I stayed with my friend who had aids,in the hospital and at his home with his wife, and children to help take care of him. I drank after him, kissed him. his wife got pregnant by him. baby didnt get the virus.wife did nt get it. it is a blood on blood disease. it very hard to catch unless you have sex and blood gets into your blood. somehow.needle prick is another way to get it, drinking after someone is a VERY unlikely way to catch the virus. I beleave.

Don't be an idiot.....you can only get AIDS from unprotected sex and drug use as in needles....Do some reading once in awhile. If you could get it that way, the whole freaking world would be infected...Educate yourself.
