If Septemeber 11th falls on a normal delivery day (Monday through Saturday in most locations) then yes. Today is a Monday so there will be mail delivery.

With United States Postal Service, mail is not delivered on Sunday or legal holidays. These are federal designated holidays and September 11 does not fit the criteria.

why would it not come it is a day of mourning not a federal holiday so yes the mail came on september 11th and i personnaly wish they would make it a federal holiday though

Yes, as of yet it has not been designated a National Holiday. All banks and govt offices are still open for business.
