Certainly will give you heartburn along with hot flushes and a host of other complications.

HEARTBURN
Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD, occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) does not close properly and stomach contents leak back, or reflux, into the esophagus. The LES is a ring of muscle at the bottom of the esophagus that acts like a valve between the esophagus and stomach. The esophagus carries food from the mouth to the stomach.

When refluxed stomach acid touches the lining of the esophagus, it causes a burning sensation in the chest or throat called heartburn. The fluid may even be tasted in the back of the mouth, and this is called acid indigestion. Occasional heartburn is common but does not necessarily mean one has GERD. Heartburn that occurs more than twice a week may be considered GERD, and it can eventually lead to more serious health problems.

NAPALM
napalm[nA´pAm] Pronunciation Key, incendiary material developed during World War II by Harvard scientists cooperating with the U.S. army and used in bombs and flame throwers. Napalm is based on a mixture of gasoline, sometimes mixed with other petroleum fuels, and a thickening agent. The thickener, to which the term napalm was originally applied, turns the mixture into a thick jelly that flows under pressure, as when shot from a flame thrower, and sticks to a target as it burns. One of the first thickeners used was an aluminum soap (a salt of aluminum and certain fatty acids). Later thickeners have been based on polystyrene and similar polymers.

Not for the fainthearted.

No. Heartburn is actually stomach acid that bubbles up into your oesophagus and irritates the lining. Napalm is not corrosive, but highly flammable, and is not put out by water. This means that it would not give you heartburn in the true sense of the word (hyphenated or nay), but it could burn your heart, if you had a large gash that lead to your heart, and you poured some flaming napalm into it. But then why would you do that unless you're at a bachelor party?

Now what in the world ever prompted you to ask such a question? Do you even know what napalm is? And why would you ever think of consuming it?

Napalm is a thickened flame fuel that self-ignites. Burns like hell! If you get caught in it, you will get burned -- badly. Nasty stuff, which is why it is so effective as a weapon -- people are REALLY afraid of fire like that!
