hi in europe there are 2 times its called MESZ&MEZ. in the november is MEZ.the sun goes down around 1800MEZ. to singapore +6 houres(0100 night)
it will be dark 1930-2000MEZ
MEZ is wintertime in sing +6
MESZ is summertime in sing+5

It get's dark about the same local time that it gets dark in Atlanta, GA because they are at about the same Latitude. So, if it get's dark at, say 6PM in Atlanta, then it get's dark about 6PM in Valencia.
