Keep a piece of paper and pen handy & as soon as the question pops into your heard write it down. I used to have an excellent memory ... now, it's mush, dont' know why. I've learned to keep lists for a lot of things ... just jot things down as I think of them. This practice is espectially handy for grocery shopping. Before, I just relied on my memory when I went shopping - until I started coming back home with everything else except the important things that I was going shopping for in the first place. Well they say memory is the first to go ... can't remember the second.

So is this a brag, a plea for help or are you so bored you didn't want to ask even a stupid question? When a question flashes in your mind next time, write it down!!!
