Does anyone LOVE dim sum as much as i do?

Yes - it is awesome. I remember my first experience with dim sum. I was working as a coach driver for a company in Boston. I happened to be driving group of Chinese out of San Francisco all around the northest and into Canada.
We were in Toronto and went to Chinatown for lunch (the original Chinatown in Toronto - downtown). Anyway, most of the time drivers eat free, so I sat at the table with the guide and a few others.
There was a menu, so I ordered lunch, not knowing this was dim sum. I wondered why everyone else at the table was looking at me funny!
So I am waiting for my lunch, when they start wheeling the carts around - I thought is was appetizers. Anyway, after loading up my plate from about 5 different carts, it suddenly hit me that I was ringing up a big bill each time they marked off the card on the table.
By the time my lunch arrived, I was pretty stuffed. Since I was not paying, I felt it rude to not eat it, so I chowed down my lunch too!
Now I look for it whenever I can!

I love dim sum. it's cheap and fun to go w/ a group of friends. you might even like shabu shabu

I love it but havent had for 5 years since we moved back from a 'big city'. It was my favorite Sunday tradition.

Yes, I always enjoy various kind of Shu-mai, especially Ha-Gau (shrimp dumplins), and fried tofu wrap spring rolls....there are so many things to eat there...

yes I like going to the chinese restaraunts where a lady comes by with a whole tray of them and you go "okay I'll take that, that and that, thank you"
