I'm talking mainly about the price of homes. I'm not looking for any rental property or stuff like that. I would prefer a warm beach more south than north. Thanks.

I live in Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach have some really nice beach homes at incredible prices... coming from NYC and Miami, I was shocked at how many bargains I saw.. but they do have to worry about more hurricanes

THose properties are all expensive. CHECK with a realitor nearest you.
