If I knew a family member was cheating, I would tell them that they had a choice. Either they tell their spouse that they have been cheating, or I'll tell them. Hopefully they would choose to tell, that way you can stay out of the whole scene, and just be there to support your brother-in-law. If he asks why you didn't tell him, tell him if she didn't, you were gonna...The minute she decided to cheat she risked someone finding out, and once you know you have an obligation to that person that you love to not let them be deceived. There's right and there's wrong, and you have to be able to sleep at night knowing you did the right thing.

I would do no more than what you are doing right now, He is a grown man and she is a grown woman, let them be, if he is to find out then let him find out on his own, Tell your husband nothing either. I know this may be rough not telling it but you don't want to be that person. This maybe something that she might quit doing and never do again or maybe not, but it is thier life and way to emotional for you to get involved in, some people get so violent when it comes to this they hurt others around them. Good luck.

I would not say anything unless/until you can provide 100% proof. Otherwise, she is going to say that you are a liar and it will be horrible for your family.
You support marriage by busting cheaters. Get the proof. Provide it to her, tell her to stop. If no, then bring to the attention of husband.
Even if she is not screwing, she is spending emotional energy on someone other than her husband.

I say stay out of it and mind your own business. Do you really want to be the one who brings him the bad news. Do you really need that type of drama? If you think its worth it, tell your husband and let him deal with the part of telling his brother.

I would tell your husband, then I would let him decide what to do. After all, it is his brother and he would know how he would take it. Let your husband deal with it, you'll sleep better at night that way, too!

I would first have a talk with the brother's wife and let her know that you know. Then, see what happens...stuff like this, you have to take it slow and with caution.
