I have been a recovery room nurse for this type of procedure and think you will be fine. The laser removes the lesions and stops the bleeding, so you should only have a little spotting. Usually all you need afterward for pain is ibuprofen, 400-800mg. If you think you may need more, talk to your surgeon before so he can write a prescription for you.

Recent studies suggest that laser beams applied to warts are an effective treatment that does not affect normal tissue or cause scarring. Some physicians recommend it particularly for HPV infections of the cervix (warts and other lesions). Local or general anesthesia may be necessary, depending on the number and size of the warts. Laser therapy (using an intense light to destroy the warts) or surgery (cutting off the warts) has the advantage of getting rid of warts in a single office visit.

I contracted warts from a sexual assault. I went to Planned Parenthood for acid treatments. The nurse literally poured acid all over my genitals. It disfigured them severely. I am now having reconstructive surgery this coming April. I wouldn't suggest doing any more acid treatments. They can turn out fine ifyou have a good doctor....but if the person isn't competent the acid can damage normal tissue. Yes, the warts can go away!!! The virus can be cleared by the immune system....Therefore they won't cause any more warts. I suggest becoming as healthy as possible....Working out, eating healthy, taking vitamins. Most importantly, maintain good mental health and don't stress. New studies have found that in 91% of cases the virus is cured within two years or less. It takes a little longer for the other 9% because they might have poor immune systems due to HIV or something. Warts can go away...You just need to clear the virus from your immune system. I only had one break out. From what I know, most people only have one break out.

Moles, warts, and skin tags are common skin wounds that develop naturally. While they are generally low dangerous, they could be uncomfortable if located on an obvious part like the face. Skin wounds like moles and warts cause self-confidence issues to the sufferers. A person with moles normally becomes a loner since they do not wish to be seen in public. They think uncomfortable to be out in public areas, so depression can naturally follow but you can now change all this with this manual from here https://tr.im/8acO9 , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
The author of the eBook, Charles Davidson, is a practitioner in substitute medicine.  He is also a professional in skin care, using normal treatments to remedy several types of skin conditions.
