It wasn't the Wizard of Oz for there are no such words as screw in a land that you've heard of once in a lullaby! Can you just imagine it:
"Some where over the rainbow,
way up high,
yeah, and screw you and your little dog too"
Nooooo! That's just wrong.

it's from zoolander! and it was someone protesting about animal rights, it was actually ben stillers mother i don't know her name in the film i love that film it's like my fav ever you rule!

NO! That is NOT from the Wizard of Oz! That movie was made in 1939 and the slang "screwed" wasn't even in use then, let alone be stated in a FAMILY MOVIE!!!
The correct saying from Wizard of Oz is "I'll get you my pretty! And you're little dog too!", stated by The Wicked Witch of the West.
Now, as to where it REALLY comes from, it is from the movie Zoolander, said by an angry protester to Mugatu at the Model Awards!

It was from As Good As It Gets, a little old lady said it to Jack Nicholson , I think. And it is most definite that the line was not said in The Wizard Of Oz. They were not allowed to say Damn in them days without getting a fine for it never mind Screw you!
