I want to use Entourage (Microsoft Office:OSX) and receive my Yahoo mail as one of the accounts. Past experience was not good because of Yahoo being a POP account. I have heard this in now changed. Has anyone had experience with both Entourage and Yahoo mail? Do I need special settings?

Yes, you can access Yahoo mail via Ypops! - an open source POP3/SMTP client that is available on most platforms (including MAC).
With Ypops! running in the background, you can use just about any email client you like to access Yahoo mail.

Yes, you can (although I don't know why you would use Entourage and not Mail). Yahoo! does not make it free for anyone though you have to pay to get POP access. If you want a much better email, I will send you a Gmail (Google Email) invite if you'd like. Email me at shearerspam@gmail.com if you'd like one. Gmail allows you to do everything free of cost, plus they give us almost 3GB of space.

If you are using Yahoo's free mail service, they no longer allow pop access.
