Depends on what you call health food. I've been on a health kick lately, and none of it's tasted like cardboard. Chicken tacos, black bean soup, veggie soup, pasta sauces, turkey sandwiches on great bread, fresh fruit. I really can't complain about the taste.
I think this is one of those stereotypes that have hung around since the 60s.

No. If you add a little salt and pepper to cardboard, it can actually be edible. "Health food", on the other hand......
