My answer to this would be keep trying, if they all end up dying make sure that you clean out your tank properly and get new gravel, when you go to your pet shop that you buy your fish from take a sample of the water with you as some pet stores will check it for you before you purchase your fish.

AXIS is right, you have ich and you need the medicine for it. Tell the fish store what is going on and they will give you the right medicine. You have to also have a hospital tank for all new fish. If you put in a new fish into a tank without treating it first, you will continue to suffer the same results over and over.
GOOD LUCK

All you need is to raise the temp and add Evaporated Sea Salt.
Here is the best article there is on Ich. You do not need medicine to treat this parasite, but can use it in conjunction with Salt if you already have Ich meds...

what kinds of fish do you have in there? Does it look like the fish were sprinkled with salt? If so, that's ick. One thing you can do is very slowly increase the heat of the tank to 82degrees. I can tell you more, but need to know what kind of fish are in there, and what size tank it is.

We had that because my stupid brother put fish from the stream into our pond the new fish had an infection so all of them got it. I would separate the infected fish from the healthy ones to stop it spreading.
