OK, here goes:
(1) Freshman -- a person in their first year of high school or college
(2) Jock -- a person who is into school athletics, primarily football, basketball, and baseball
(3) Ivy League -- a group of colleges that are very hard to get into and very expensive to attend because they have long-standing reputations for excellence and have been around so long that they have ivy growing on their buildings. Some Ivy League schools are Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Brown, Colgate, etc.

I'm from the UK, but live in the US.
A freshman is a student in their first year of school which could also include college. Both high school and college take four years over here, and each year has a different name. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior.
A jock is an athlete, often a more physical than cerebral individual. Sometimes the term jock implies that the person is perhaps immature and better at sport than their studies.
Ivy League refers to the elite colleges that only highly talented people go to, or those rich enough to buy their way in. There is a little more to it than that, so I've given you a link for further detailed information.

A freshman is a person who is either in their first year of high school, or their first year in college. A jock is a slang term for an athlete, especially one whose whole life revolves around athletics. The Ivy League is a series of elite universities (I think 7)on the East Coast, such as Harvard and Yale. They got the nickname from the supposedly ivy-covered buildings.

~~~~~~~~~~~
If u wanna get farther with question A, a sophmore is a person in their second year. With the same situation as A, it would be 10th graders.
A junior is a person in their 3rd year such as a 11th grader.
A senior is a person in their 4th year such as a 12th grader or 8th grader.
(7th graders r in either sophmore or juniors. U can call them w/e u want. thats why you dont really use freshman,sophmore,junior and senior for middle school)
