Aloe Vera. Use the plant if you can find one.....break off several of the biggest leaves, slice them open and scoop the juice out. Rub the juice into your burned skin. I promise it will help tremendously. The real plant works so much better than the creams and lotions that are made with aloe vera.

Best thing to do is let nature take its course. The pain should diminish within a day or so.

I got burned this weekend also. I went to the Oklahoma Sooners football game in Norman, Oklahoma. I put on sunscreen but still got burned. It isn't bad though.

Suprisingly, vinegar helps pull the burn out of it. The cooling gel works good too, but I've always just put vinegar on a paper towel or wash cloth and rub it on, but drench it with lots of it first, be gentle. then when that dries, I add the aloe gel and it definately takes the sting out of it. Of course, you smell like a pickle for a few days, but hey, its defiantely worth the relief.

Aloe Vera gel works very well to take the sting out and ease the burning.

Put some Eucerin cream to cool down your skin, or Aloe Vera if you want but Eucerin is less colder in contact than Aloe Vera.

Aloe always helps me. You will have to wait for your body to heal but it helps with the itching.
