You have speciall rent cars or buses you can take when you arrive at Ezeiza , they are called Manuel Tienda Leon and have a stand in the airport. http://www.tiendaleon.com.ar
You can take a taxi, it's not too expensive and don't be afraid 'cos they are safe , try to take the ones that say 'radio taxi' which are really safe.
Have a nice trip!

The cheapest way into the city is via bus. There are a number of bus services offering an half hourly service into the city from 05:00 to 21:00. Take bus no 86 which takes 45 minutes into downtown Buenos Aires.

Everything is soooooo cheap right now in B.S. that taking a taxi would be fine - and easiest - because you just tell them exactly where you want to go... just take an address with you and show it to the driver.
Yes, buses are good, but taxis are better (and cheap right now)... but the coolest thing to ride, once in the city are the subways - they are cheap and easy to navigate.
If you want any other information, feel free to e-mail me.

In addition to everyone else's suggestions, you may also want to check with your hotel to see whether or not they provide an airport transfer with your room reservation.
Good luck.
