My bro say he hates that i talk to people on the Internet so he deleted some of my email (which i think he just did to annoy me).i changed my password. now, should he let me get on his account? or just forget it & smack him over the head.

If you did, you'd be no better than him. So morally, no.
However, if you really feel steamed, get onto his account and change his password. It is perhaps one of the best passive aggressive moves there is. Understand, though, that he may retaliate and escalate the situation to a place you don't want to be.
Do what you feel is best!

You don't need to get on his account. Just make sure he doesn't know your password and give him a good lecture about morality. If that doesn't work, at the very least don't appear upset; he'll only try to do it again if you do, so it's much better to laugh it off.
You might also ask him WHY he doesn't like you talking to people on the Internet; this seems to be a bit of an irrational thing to do, so it's possible he has behavior problems or some other sort of pent-up jealousy or dislike for you.

Yes, break into his account. Say that you lost your password in his account and then answer his safety question to get in and change the password.

I think you should go on his account becouse its only fair. Then you should delete some people from his account.
