in the last three years my site fees have gone up 20% then 20% then 18%this year is this leagal

If you live on a caravan site i am sure they have to give you so much notice of the rise, you will need to check with the CAB or get a free consultation from a solicitor

If it's a seasonal site I'm pretty sure they can do what they like. Don't complain too loudly or you'll be ordered off!!

Also they can mmove your pitch without telling you ( to make room for a newer caravan). They can also tell you to remove your caravan if - in their opinion- it looks too scruffy.

My uncle has a caravan on a site in Kintyre. If he wanted to sell his caravan , he has to give the site owner FIRST REFUSAL!!. Similarly, when he wanted to buy a new caravan he had to buy it THROUGH the site owner ( who acted as agent).

basically the site owners can act like medieval landlords and do what they like.

not sure about the fees, but its the electric costs i paid £8 per night just for electric what a rip off, its not as you use the washer or dishwasher in the caravan, The site fees are getting out of hand, its not fair,
