Boot in safe mode (hit F8 while computer is booting) and run the scan in safe mode.

the virus will keep repeating it's self in your computer until you turn off system restore, so turn off system restore (by right-clicking on "my computer", click "properties", then click on the "system restore" tab, then check "turn off system restore"), then go to safe mode (by clicking "f8" while booting) scan it and remove the virus there, after that, log on normally, and uncheck "turn off system restore".

note: make sure your anti virus is updated to detect the new viruses that are out there.

good luck.
