God I love breasts! And all questions about breasts!
Yep. They do. Unless you've got those basketball sized implants that they show in porn movies -- and those just don't look good. They're way too hard and veiny looking for my taste. Yuck.

Yes because all they are are pockets of fat, so gravity takes over. If the cup size is bigger, then they go to the side like in my case, I wear a 36 C. But smaller sizes look more perky...like my sister's. I am half Japanese and half white, I got my dad's gene's and my sister got my mom's thats kinda how I know.

They definitely look smaller and flatter. Those who will look really flat are average B cups and below. full B's will have a more obvious hump, C cups will look like A cups an so on

Yes, they lie flat, when they are natural. If the breasts have been augmented with breast implants, they will retain their shape when lying down. HTH : )

If they are real they will lay flat. If they are fake they will stand up and look odd.

Of course unless they are fake. They are mounds of fatty tissue without muscualr support so they will fall over or lay down when you do.

intriguing question. i haven't seen all the breasts of sleeping women. but i would assume they do unless they are fake

unfortunately, they do. and it seems the bigger your natural breast are, the odder they look when you lay down. i am so glad mine got small again! lol

flater, or pulled over to the sides, unless fake, even then, they look a little flater.
