i need to write very simple an agreement from a landloard to a tenant that i would not let any competition business between i and them and viceversa

Hello dear. This is very important document which u want to go for sign with ur tenent.So every thing should be clear in that document and the best thing is registered this document with the court for saving lots of headache. U need two evidence for signing. On here I can not write much more so u can take a help of lawyer.
