Is there anything wrong with being a slut? What if your a safe slut?

I wonder if the answers would be the same if the question were coming from a man. Would those of you judging her and talking about self respect say the same thing to a guy? Ever notice there is no male equivalent for the word s*l*u*t?
My Answer: If you are not hurting anyone and you are being safe, there is nothing wrong with loving as many people as you like. It doesn't make you a bad person or a s*l*u*t.
As a matter of fact, the only thing I think you are doing wrong is labeling yourself a s*l*u*t.

If you are referring to being "promiscuous" that is your call. Some folks may not agree with it, but I think it is perfectly fine. As long as safe, no one is hurt, and that it is consentual... and legal ;) Just be careful. I am a big city kind of guy (grew up in Los Angeles, was in NYC for 12 years, and now in SF), so I have lots of single friends who have had many partners.
Unfortunately, there are still double-standards in society, where a promiscuous male is considered "the man" and a promiscuous female is a "s l u t."
And, it is not the same as the reference of being a "prostitute" which uses s e x as a form if income.

I love sluts, it adds a little excitement. It's such a turn on knowing the girl is as into it as the guy is. If you're thinking about slutting it up let me know.

There's nothing wrong, but don't expect guys to ever respect you or want to marry you. Sluts are for having a good time with and disposing of. As long as you know that up front, and don't expect anything more, it's a choice that you're free to make.

I think s l u t s try to find confidence in men and no themselves. Women need to find self worth in positive more reaffirming places, not men who want women like that.
There is no such thing as a safe s l u t. Physically I guess you can be "safe", but emotionally you are wrecking yourself.

theres nothing at all wrong with being a slut.most men love sluts.but when your around their parents just dont act like a slut.

Well it's not nice to call people that for a start. If you want to be promiscuous, as long as everyone involves knows exactly where they stand, there's no problem.

Its same as a prostitute saying whats wrong with my profession and try to get some social sanction. So draw your own conclusion.
Learn to practice some self control and discipline over out of control desires as they are never ending.
