Do a web search for antique plumbing fixtures. There are a number of places selling the long ones. I assume you have a standard pipe nipple and that your current spout screws off that. The antique fixtures use the same nipple, but extend out farther.

the pipe that goes into the wall comes in various lengths. the spout is usually standard.
