I would make it so that people who are truly evil and no good to this earth looked as UGLY as they are inside on the outside,and the people with the beautiful heart and kind souls would become beautiful on the outside as well.I think we get fooled by a pretty package into thinking they are beautiful on the inside.That is rarely the case.Look at Paris Hilton,if I were God she'd look like Flava Flave.
