I think the Burj Al Arab in Dubai is one of the most expensive. it is between 3,000 and 11,000 USD a night for an ordinary room.. Just a tour is 30.00. But I dont know if it the most expensive, I am sure that there are some suites in other hotels that cost more. There are supposed to be suites in this one that are over 70,000 a night but they are reserved for royalty and the super rich only and they arent advertised.

The McLaren-Mercedes SLR! Officially dubbed "the most expensive hotel room in the world" by Jeremy Clarkson after he spent a chilly, cramped night in one somewhere between London and Oslo - while James May and Richard Hammond were en route on a very comfy ship! It'll set you back about $660,000 IIRC.
